On 29 January 2025, The Secretariat of the National Committee leads the land allocation program, protects forests for joint sustainable development issued an announcement regarding the implementation process of the land allocation program to protect forests for sustainable development on their social media site.
According to the announcement, Phase 1 will begin accepting applications on February 1, 2025 and will be distributed to 500 families in Sesan District, Stung Treng Province.
